Thomas "Tom" Roach Jr. follows in the footsteps of his father, who co-founded the firm and practiced law in Cherokee County for over 50 years. Tom Roach was born in Canton and has practiced law here for more than 30 years. He focuses in education law and family law, but maintains a diverse practice that includes business, real estate, personal injury and employment law. Tom has long served as general counsel to the Cherokee County School District and the Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority, and sits as municipal judge for the City of Canton.

Darrell Caudill joined the firm in 1996 after serving for a number of years as clerk to the Honorable C. Michael Roach, a Darrell Caudillpartner in the firm before his appointment to the bench. Darrell has practiced law for over 20 years, focusing in family law, municipal and government law, and general litigation. He serves as attorney for the City of Ball Ground and is frequently called upon as a guardian in Superior and Juvenile Courts. He also regularly serves in judicial and quasi-judicial capacities, including municipal judge for Holly Springs, school district hearing officer and court-appointed special master. Darrell has served on the Cherokee County Board of Tax Assessors since 1997.

Linwood Gunn has practiced law for 25 years and joined the firm in 2008. He maintains a general litigation practice with aLinwood Gunn strong focus on employment law and civil rights matters. He represents employers and employees in litigation, and provides counsel and training to businesses to avoid legal problems. Linwood also handles civil litigation and appeals, from securities arbitration and litigation to trade secrets to probate disputes.

Sylvia Eaves has practiced law for 27 years and joined the firm in 2010. She focuses her practice on the representation of Sylvia Eavespublic school districts in consultation, training and litigation involving the education of students with disabilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. She also has extensive experience in representing school districts in broad areas of education issues, including policy development and implementation, student rights, open records, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) compliance, constitutional issues and student discipline. Sylvia brings a unique perspective to the practice of education law having taught for nine years in the public schools of South Carolina.

Whit Frost: Mr. Frost joined the firm in 2012 after working for a number of years as a prosecutor in the Cherokee County Office of the Solicitor General where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases each year. Whit now maintains a diverse practice, with a focus in both civil and criminal litigation. Whit serves on the executive board of the Blue Ridge Bar Association and is the municipal solicitor for the City of Ball Ground. Whit is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and Mercer University School of Law.

Abigail "Abby" Roach following in the footsteps of both her grandfather and father joined the firm in 2012 after graduating from Mercer University School of Law with a certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting. Abby Roach was born and raised in Canton, Georgia, and attended Cherokee High School graduating with honors in 2005. After high school Abby attended Mercer University in Macon and graduated summa cum laude in 2009. Abby is excited to have the opportunity to practice law with her father in Canton. The focus of Abby's practice is in special education and family law, but she handles general litigation and a broad variety of other matters as well.
