Abigail "Abby" Roach following in the footsteps of both her grandfather and father joined the family firm in 2012 after graduating from Mercer University in 2009 summa cum laude and Mercer University School of Law in 2012 with a certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting. Abby focuses part of her practice on the representation of public school districts in consultation, training and litigation involving the education of students with disabilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. She also has experience in representing school districts in broad areas of education issues, including student rights, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) compliance, constitutional issues and student discipline. Abby has also focused her practice of Estate planning and probating estates.
